Every time I hear this I want to bump my rating, until I realize I already have it 5'd. Weird comparison, but the only other piece of media I have that with is Avatar: The Last Airbender

If I had a gun to my head and they told me to choose the drumming between this or Bloc Party's Silent Alarm, I'd tell em to pull the trigger

My top goal for the summer is to summit the island inside crater lake and scream Tom’s back-of-the-closet line from Feeling This to hear the echo

Just got back from there and can confirm that'd be a great idea. It was a week before the boat tours to the island opened but they should be open now.

I’m really stoked to descend the caldera and swim. I scouted for the best spot last year and I’m thinking this September is the time to do it

Just listened to this for the first while running and concluded that

1. it might be the greatest running album of all time, like every single song is running tempo

2. in retrospect is explains so much about basically every pop punk album of the past 15 years, like everything's clicked into place.

"in retrospect is explains so much about basically every pop punk album of the past 15 years, like everything's clicked into place."

and yet nearly every one of them missed the mark

man i'm just so glad they did this before splitting & stuff. the perfect balance between the boys getting a little more introspective & Tom's recorded vocals not yet being treated to sound like a Canadian robot
