"What I love about No Gospel is that when you think it peaks it just keeps going and going" (2)
Yeah that song is just so special. Grips you from the second it starts and doesnt let go and at the end of it youre just devastated. not only a song but a journey
And i mean theres no answer here because every song is that good on this

Pretty sure the consensus on the top 3 is No Gospel, Bodega Head and Divination in some order
I'm Bodega Head > No Gospel > Divination with Palm Reader tied for 3rd
I love how we're on page 83 and the discussion is still primarily centered on how incredible this is. Sputnik has never been so focused

the guitars at the end of Wind Song are so fun
god i love this album, i reserve 5s for very special albums mostly out of sentimentality and this one climbed its way up there for me.

Gave the first few tracks a relisten on the way home from an interview. Flamethrower shit, even if the screams took a while to get used to the first time around. Also, Bodega Head slaps, agreed

Divination is clearly my fav (as I've said 400 times) and No Gospel for sure after that but its hard to rank after that. AOTD for me so far for sure.

No Gospel is legitimately one of the best songs I've ever heard.

"AOTD for me so far for sure." (2) Yeah it is crazy to say but i agree and i even thought that to myself ealy on at my first listen
"No Gospel is legitimately one of the best songs I've ever heard." (2) Yeah ive listened to that song so much since this was released that it is climbing the ranks and one of the most intense songs ive experienced. It really takes me on a journey. Like going through a turbulent storm and then feeling it calm down at the end. So fucking beautiful
I mean Bodega Head is a song i never knew i needed but am forever grateful to this band for making
