Y'know, Painkiller is amazing, and the last two tracks are cool, it's just a shame the rest of the album is just 7 lesser iterations of Painkiller

t/t is one of the weaker songs in here for me
Hell Patrol on the other hand is a classic

If you think Night Crawler, Hell Patrol, Between the Hammer of the Anvil, Leather Rebel and A Touch of Evil sound anything like that song, clean out your ears.

Metal died in 1988. Only 12 good albums have been released since then (most of them in 1989, being already recorded by 1988). Metal achieved its creative peak in albums like Don't Break The Oath, Seventh son of a Seventh Son, and Keeper of the Seven Keys PT.2, elevating the genre into a legitimate art form. Now, thanks to Painkiller and Metallica, all its potential was squandered and the genre has been reduced into being mere gimmick ridden noise for drunk idiots (i.e. the lowest common denominator - stop trying to turn underground metal into AC/DC).

A Touch of Evil was one of the songs that I thought was pretty cool on my first listen. Skimming through this album again, these songs are pretty different to t/t but I still don't think they reach t/t in quality.
All Guns Blazing however is 100% a lesser rewrite of t/t

Ya, great ending track.
Also on the Apple Music page for this album the album cover is animated

The animation is much more amusing then it should be.
Painkiller is definitely the pinnacle here but sometimes Nightcrawler reallllly hits. Moreso than Painkiller even.
