I felt like Pass the Baby was one of the weaker ones here too. That run from tracks 3 to 5 is the album's weak point based on first listen.

it matters and pretty grids are a real dip in energy that i thinks comes too soon in the track listing. i think having through as track 2 and sure & certain as track 3 would have been better for more sustained momentum nearer the beginning of the album.

id probs love the end is beautiful if he intonated the chorus vocal melody a little different or the chorus wasnt repeated so many times. i think theres a lot of potential there. its like how chase this light is my least fave on that album but only because of the way he sings it, otherwise it could have been my fave.
also, i feel like please say no nailed that style better than the end is beautiful

The chorus on The End is Beautiful is repeated three times. Hence it is no more repetitive than any other song on here. Have no idea how you can call that song out for repetition and then have Sure & Certain as one of your favourites tbh
You Are Free is the worst song, S &C close second
