I was actually pleasantly surprised by the track. I was really expecting another typical ABR song with tons of fast melodic pedal point riffs as per usual. It's was a lot more based around heaviness, though still nothing terribly new.

I really do hope that it tops this, or at least ties with this or Constellations.

I'm guessing better than Thrill Seeker/Messengers/Leveler but not quite up to Constellations and this

I'm finally giving this a listen among all the hype for the new album, pretty great so far and I'm digging the calmer sections a lot

They just keep progressing their sound with each album, a few more releases in this direction and they could be one of the best recent metalcore bands around.

I think so at least. This, An Ocean Between Us or The Powerless Rise, and The Fall of Ideals would probably be my favorite melodic metalcore albums.

There is a solo by Paul Waggoner from Between the Buried and Me on "Everlasting Ending", from their new album!

yeaaaah just hope he doesn't do a shitty solo like on Tesseract's Nocturne (the instrumental version). That was so out of context
