"probably will include what they streamed on twitch"
It won't, Sam already said that was all jams and won't be on the album.
They have now apparently completely overhauled their setup and created brand new patches (everything released in the previous decade, sans oversteps, was made with the same patches/setup), so this might be yet another jump but I honestly don't know where they might go, my brain's too small to think what else can they do. I'm excited though

my favorite is probably amber, but i think their best is confield.
im a huge fanboy of that early 90's warpcore sound but ive still yet to hear an album quite like confield in all my music explorations.

that album evokes certain emotions that i dont even really have the words to describe. entirely ineffable and impossible to pinpoint but thats what makes it so singular in my eyes.
i find myself only really able to describe some of those tracks as physical images because i lack the language to articulate what they actually feel like. uviol is one of my all time favorite tunes and it sounds like standing at the bottom of some dimly lit, metallic superstructure while snow gently falls from the sky. its peaceful, but there exists a kind of non-threatening darkness biting at the edges that makes me ever so slightly uncomfortable, but in a strangely comforting and soothing way.
idk i tend to ramble when i try to explain how their music affects me but they are far and away my favorite musical artists so i find myself doing it a lot lmao.

I enjoyed it more. It's abstractness was much less a deterrent than it was before.

it all became something so casual with me and ae, I've heard everything else so much that for sure I return to LP5-L-event the most but the later stuff are nice abstractions that leave nice impressions all around. especially the live material.
