Grunge encompasses this style of metal.[2]
Metal was sort of an ingredient in the grunge cocktail anyways, along with punk and 60's rock.
I mean, do you guys even TAD?

Five Leaves is definitely a staffer for the people. He's in threads like 100x more than the leading staffer.

Sure is.
And Lloyd's right ofc.
Grunge was basically a group of bands experimenting with those things I mentioned.
SG was the dense, heavy as fuck one.
AiC was the bleak, also heavy, and cynical one.
PJ was the retro 60's rock band with socially conscious lyrics.
And Nirv was the punkish, nihilistic, self-destructive one.

Yup. SG were the densest of the Big 4. They don't seem to have that many fans on Sput tho.
They also had Chris "Manly as Fuck Voice" Cornell and Matt "Motherfuckin' Badass Drummer" Cameron.
