Oli's still got it. Dabbled in their stuff over the years and I knew Oli had sort of moved away from the harsh vocals, but he sounds absolutely fucking insane on Dehumanized. I don't recall him ever sounding this strong and dynamic.

Dehumanized sounds more like a Suicide Season era song tbh. I don't think repeating the title of the song in multiple sections is something Oli would have done back in the day on this album. I thought he was going to do it again during the last breakdown but thankfully he didn't. Song is fine but I don't love it.

yeah i don't think its really meant to be a count your blessings style song as much as it is a "how would bmth do deathcore in 2026" song. the songwriting is obv way more polished and focused than anything on cyb and they're playing with some more modern influences.
