All their albums rule regardless. This grew on me a lot with repeated listens.

Still haven't grown tired of it. And, in hindsight, I actually think it is a unique album when compared to their discography. I don't think I gave it enough credit for really having its own identity rather than being a more mellow and subdued sort of Deftones. I had the group on shuffle earlier in the week and going from something like "Tempest" to "~metal dream"--while it didn't sound like two completely different bands--was a starker contrast than I had thought.



It also shuffled some songs from Gore and, holy shit, did I really get a better sense as to how truly awful that production is.
