A part of me would really like an album from the Daoboys that are leaning more towards the melodic post hardcore vibe, and it would certainly benefit them as they would appeal to a wider audience. Another part of me fears that if they would fully embrace the melodic post hardcore esque side of things they would lost what made them so special and set them apart from other acts

@ Lassie I don't think they will ever lean into any particular style too much or for too long based on interviews I've heard with Carson.
Also, I'm pretty certain I've heard him say that long song is Country-esq so that's gonna be interesting haha

My best description for the new one is that they took their ideas from the EP and actually fleshed them out and made them more cohesive
