as if the narrative of flipping out over rym charts and inserting air quotes would be anything but a timeless classic

there was a comment that very much implied post-rock sucked "except for them" in that comment box a while back so i don't think it's imaginary, they do exist

respectfully, it's post-rock....who cares lol
Still, BCNR are so obviously outside the genre unless you're using the most generous of definitions.

Venin it might be worth reflecting why it seems every opinion of yours has to come attached to an antagonist which is most often a faceless representation of a narrative you’ve built in your mind

all i have to say is look at how much of a warzone that parannoul side project (huremic) comment box is rn. the types of people I've dealt with in the past haven't changed, they've just changed targets from the "fake and gay emo metal" to a Korean post-rock album. had to nope the hell out of there when I saw everyone screaming at eachother over it

that would actually be a really interesting combination ngl i'm not even kidding even if i'm not that into it at least someone would be ballsy to combine it all
@Odal: tbf i was blown the hell away by that project and it managed to temporarily dethrone venturing for my #1 so far so it was just depressing that there's an all-out war in the comments. people really can't have anything without someone raining on their parade and that's also why it brings me no joy to not be into this, bc i feel like i'm raining on bcnr fans parades by proxy
