just saw that. considering his minimal contribution is a huge reason why this album is an absolute snoozer the future doesn’t look great for them.

Last time I saw them live Brent looked like he was 90 years old on stage

I remember him saying awhile back that he hated heavy metal. Probably wasn't a joke and he's just thrown in the towel.

Sad day indeed

I feel like their music requires a second guitarist so my guess is they'll find someone else.

"Sad day indeed"

So would you have them continuing working together when it's obvious that they don't like each other anymore?

Everyone got what they wanted so i would say that it's rather a happy day...

Doing a job that you don't like is obviously the wrong thing to do...

Brent is just burned out. I think the fragment of this interview this guy shares confirms that imo

Yeah dude Brent is awesome, but I’ve seen them at least one (usually 2 or 3 times) on every tour since The Hunter and have noticed Brent seeming less into it with each passing tour. Just looks disinterested, bored. Really saw that shift on EoS tour,

The end of an era. I doubt these guys will return to the glory of old without Brent, but they’re still gonna kick fucking ass regardless. Gonna miss Brent’s vocals whenever I see them live though.

Brent was a great addition to the band but even though they won't be the same without him, I'm sure their future output will be decent, if not brilliant.
