Oh yeah this nothing alike. Logistic Slaughter has bounce, this unfortunately doesn’t

riffs that make you want to jumpdafuckup. Think like the nu metal riff in Gorguts's "Nostalgia", or the viola breakdown in "Earthly Love". The slap bass riff in Defeated Sanity's "Propelled into Sacrilege" is another example.

oh. yea i didn't really like the slammy stuff in that band
|

i should eventually listen to this band i guess

new replicant album will probably be a must have for fans of this

Logistic Slaughter was much too slammy and lame. This, by contrast, is skronky and quite excellent

God this band and Ulcerate have so many moments where I just zone the fuck out. I would say that I just don't get this, but every band this is similar to I like infinitely more, and I like the concept behind this group, so I feel like I should be the target audience for this. The dissodeath bands I love seem to embrace the ugliness of their sound. The chaos of AB and Ulcerate feels so muted in comparison, all of the sense of disorder but with none of the energy.

Feel like these dudes, Ulcerate and Gorguts, etc. are more about controlled chaos than embracing ugliness. That's more Pyrrhon's thing imo
|

embracing ugliness gonna be the name of my new makeup line
