I mean I think it's definitely a little by the numbers by Converge's standards but it's still a damn good album. For sure one of my favorites from last year.

The vocals make this unlistenable. The riffs are great, but not good enough that I'd ever want to sit through this again. Early metalcore isn't really my thing anyway. I've always just listened to We Are the Romans if I've ever needed a fix.

You're denying yourself a huge grower if you don't listen to this again, took a few years for this to click for me and it's now my second favorite of theirs when I originally thought it was kinda garbage
