My most likely candidate for AotY. Alma Mater just hits like a fucking 4x4. Aftermath/Rituals easily the best transition of any album I've heard this year. Just a flawlessly executed piece of mathy hardcore, and the way it finds ways to be incredibly melodious in between ferocious, dissonant segments is Dillenger-esque.
It makes me want to do felonies.

Alma Mater is utterly ridiculous, love that song so much. Only song that might beat it out for me is Contretemps.
