Not familiar with the complete discographies of either band, but I feel that this album is comparable to AFI's Sing the Sorrow, in that it marked a big shift in the band's sound that sort of divided the fanbase.

I'm not going to lie to you. I listen to the first half of revolution radio and i enjoy it a lot as much as nimrod. I have to listen to the second half though.
