was trying to get my friend into meshuggah for so long...he'd always bitch about his work out playlist being so old and i kept going "get some meshuggah in there" and he'd never listen. said they were too rough on his ear pussies. finally, after like 2 years he's finally starting to warm up to them. and yeah, lifting to this is so good
