I think this album has inspired me just as much if not more than Jane Doe in my songwriting. Also my drumming. Even though the drumming isn't insane or super technical at all it's still in "the pocket" and absolutely adore it.

yes, anthology of dead ends is definitely easier to listen to, also because it's shorter. I wonder if this can grow to become a 4.5-5. So far I am oriented for 4

While the tracks on anthology are great and the ending is spectacular, I think thew songs here are just a tad more "realized" so to speak. surprisingly this album feels tighter. The exception being Man The Ramparts which by the middle feels a little aimless but still epic nevertheless.

Holy shit, forgot how good this was. Only equal it has is Calculating Infinity, and that's saying something considering how uncanny the concentration of near classic albums in 90s metallic hardcore / mathcore is.

Been on a massive 90s metalcore spree this week. Listening the shit out of Botch, Coalesce, Converge, Rorschach, early Dillinger, Cave In, Knut, and even some PtW.
