Yeah he would've been great as the first spidey. Don't know why the hell he chose Captain America, wanting to do more serious stuff I guess.
It's funny, I was about to suggest Ryan Reynolds as spidey and he's also played 2 roles in superhero movies, but atleast the universes were different.

no capt its a series of short half hour episodes, all u ever see is the demon/angel/man/whatever talking to his clients about their tasks and their desires and it seems a let down at first but it's so well written and acted you get drawn in fast
