think its a cool strategy to release singles in the fashion that they are (tracks 4, 6, 8, and now 11). 13 songs 57 minutes of their sound is kind of a daunting first listen but should go down way smoother being familiar with so much of the middle already

Also pretty cool that they chose 4 songs entirely different from each other. Makes me curious how the rest of the album will sound and what the flow will be like

12 min closer

bands should literally never release the closer as a single

Foxing releasing Speak With the Dead as a lead single will forever be a crime against humanity. After the record drops, who gives a shit but yeah if I ever see a single and somehow realize it is a closer first I will not listen to it… and I don’t think that’s ever happened
