Sorry guys, just not my thing. But admittedly I haven’t given it much of a shot so who knows.
That said, I think it’s ok to dislike certain genres in general. It’s all a matter of different tastes. I like all movie genres — I just like good movies regardless of the genre — but with music, I’m a little more selective.

I know what you’re doing, but I’ll answer anyway. I like a little rap, not too much, but some. But I also dislike EDM, R & B, Pop and Classical.

I know. I completely admit I’m pretty narrow minded when it comes to music. But it is what it is. I basically just listen to different kinds of rock — from alt rock/metal to heavy metal to indie rock to grunge etc.

good (alt-)country exists, it's just significantly more dwarfed by obnoxious, chart-driven country-pop-whatever-the-fuck than other genres.
