The new songs don't even sound like Underoath songs. Shallow repetitive songwriting in both. My hype for this album is dead, now I'm just hoping it isn't total garbage.

I don't mind underoath trying to appeal to a wider audience, but this shit sounds so generic.... literally just a ripoff of other huge bands in the rock/alt metal mainstream
The sound, production, structure is so hollow.... I mean TOCS was super catchy and accessible, but it worked cause it showed passion and did something that actually slightly stood out among the crowd..
