Yeah this is one of those albums you like as an edgy teen but you listen to in your 20's and cringe

I’m not even really making fun of the cupcakke song, I’m making fun of pitchfork acting like “peeing on the dick” is a smart lyric

I’m almost 27 and I still love this. No shame at all.

I cringe to Not the American Average but that's about it. Some of the vocals are bad but the synths & choruses make up for the cookie-cutterness.
Also this is the album that all the generic bands ripped off, not their fault they became super popular with dumb teens

Some of you guys never listened to SU&S in 2010 and it shows

Not 2010, but 2013 should be long enough ago that it could possibly grow on me. Yet it didn't...much. Not the American Average is literally the only track other than maybe Cowboy King I can take these days.

A Candlelit Dinner With Inamorta is a prime example of why this album sucks to me. The transitions are horrendously awkward and halfbaked. Still better than Sworn In at least.

Eh Candlelit is like the only good song on here

If they refined the trance breakdowns more, this would probably be better, tbh. Enter Shikari's early stuff blows this out of the water.

It's interesting how this title harkens back to Holy Divers opening track.
