Nice, I have I believe the 2014 reissue/remaster on black wax and the packaging is rly nice and it sounds fantastic.

Yeah, the remasters of every album are very good. No loudness war bs, just a few tweaks here and there to get a clearer and overall better sound. One of the few bands that managed to pull that out in the modern era of music.

I think it might help that their albums, up to ITAOT, kinda generally sound like butt

I generally agree with you, with the exception of the Celestial (2013, if I believe) remaster. That one goes a bit into loudness war territory. There's actually a better remaster in the 2010 japanese Celestial reissue, and it has the bonus that SGNL>05 was also included for this limited edition (I purchased it almost as soon as it was released). For the rest, yes great remasters for incredible albums.

Thank you very much for that info man. Did not know about that celestial remaster! Will definitely check.

PS: Bro are you sure about that remaster?

I got the 2013 remaster from Ipecac but none from Japan are showing in discogs

For a few weeks now I’ve had the instrumental parts of The Beginning and the End stuck in my head, mostly the melodies in the long outro that kind of echoes the amazing middle section of 2:54-5:32. What an incredible song, was real nice to rediscover this classic.
