"A good Annihilator album?!!? Dave Padden is the difference between this and the steaming pile of FAIL that was Metal. He annoyed to no end on that album, but he gives a pretty inspired (more intense, less Matt Heafy montone) performance here. And Jeff Waters slays. I've always viewed Annihilator as another, inferior Megadeth, but on this album they show some signs of breaking away from that, as it's much darker with more double time sections, and Padden lets quite a few screams out. Peace Sells is among my top 10 for best all time metal songs, but Rust in Peace is my favourite of Megadeth. And Dave is third to only Bruce, and Dio for metal voices in my opinion. good review for an underrated album
