First two L.A. Guns albums and Tales from the Strip all have great riffs tbh

"I tried to get the Firehouse thread rolling, too, but seems like I continue to be the minority on that one."
Damn, I just remembered I saw Firehouse with TNT too. They were great, "All She Wrote" is a hard bangerrrr.

Gotta say, I know Firehouse gets shit on a lot, but those dudes could write some solid tunes.

You ever notice how much the Hobbits in LOTR look like they were in Firehouse? Dominic Monaghan (Merry) is a dead ringer for the lead singer. xD

Bill Leverty was a sick guitarist, and nobody knows who he is. Not quite Reb Beach, but really, really close. Great musician. The Spanish guitar interlude on the first album is amazing.
All She Wrote solo rips hard too.

I remember my uncle telling me none of his friends liked DrF when it released because it was so different. I'm probably in the minority but this is 100% THE album I think of when I think of Crue.

I think this one is a bit overproduced but it has great songs. The early stuff embodies their essence better imo.

Its a monster production for sure - opening of T/T is delightfully chunky.
