Still a very good album after a few more listens, but I still don't want to play "Rochembeau AAhhhahhHHAHhAahHAAA" even if my life depended of it. This chorus really rubs me the wrong way

Yeah it's a shame, everything else about this is great and i really enjoyed their third album but something about this one is annoying. Which is doubly strange because the vocals are pretty much the same on this and the previous one.

I truly do not get the complaints about the vocals lol.

Definitely the best album since LP I, and strong AOTY contender.
Hauntingly beautiful stuff. Tough album to digest lyrically, and it's probably a miracle it even happened considering the friction within the band.

i understand how the vocals are technically weak, but it's not something that bothers me, neither does the chorus in patron of pale
