Deleting instagram has done wonders for me. I was using that app way too much and it’s only gotten worse in all the years I’ve been using it. Good riddance

Literally the only reason I still use any of it is for my band's stuff, but I've got rid of all the apps from my phone. Even with notifications turned off it still pulled me back in whenever I went on it. It's a drug designed to keep you hooked.
