Yeah I’m happy for you too but Cenotaph kinda sucks, Peacefield sounds way too close to Separate Ways for me to enjoy it, and good god the lyrics on the fuckin love rockets song, like Jesus Christ Tobias…
But Lachryma, Umbra, and De Profundis Borealis are all legit some of their best songs, and I really enjoy Satanized and Marks of the Evil One. I’m not super crazy for Guiding Lights, but Excelsis is a great closer and probably the most emotional song they’ve ever made. Not one of their best but it’s a good album.

Kinda why I’m fine with not getting another Meliora caliber album, if every couple of years Tobias just wants to throw us an album of fun tunes to help me forget about how much everything sucks, I’m cool with that.
