Damn really Noc ? That’s crazy to hear from you knowing what your music sounds like. What don’t you like about them compared to contemporaries that you like more?

difficult to really answer that question, it just doesn't 'hit' me i guess. it's one of those situations where there was neither anything wrong or right about it, it was just there for me. this is perhaps the first exception.

Хорошо frfr. Still haven’t quite found my stride with this after a couple of brief listens. Hopefully it clicks soon

This just keeps getting better and better! Best since Blood in Our Wells at this point for me. Such a profoundly emotional experience, all the way through. April and The Thirst are two of their best songs ever.

i think i'm in agreement - in fact i'm close to saying it's their best album period, but i want to give it more time.

I'm still in the minority that says Blood in Our Wells is mid tier Drudkh lol. Still really good though.

I still really dig it but I dig a bunch of their other albums way more.

That’s exactly how I feel hawks. Production in particular is fucking nice on this, but the riffs don’t hit me *quite* as hard. But who knows how I’ll feel in time

Blood in Our Wells is mid tier Drudkh [3]
Just never clicked as much as their other stuff for me. Still really solid but yeah.

You guys are fucking crazy

I like this one but even tho it feels more in line with their older stuff I don’t see what it improves on.

I’d say it feels like a more mature, better produced version of what made their early stuff great, which they’ve been working towards over the last few releases anyway, but it feels like it all comes together on this release very organically and tightly.

Drudkh is better without guitar solos, agreed

Wind of the night forest and only the wind remembers my name both have sick solos so I have to disagree. They do have some goofy ones though admittedly

oh, for sure. The guitarist has solid taste in general, just seems like they never found out how to incorporate it into the rest of their sound -- which may be why they have been absent the past few albums?
I feel the same way about bands like Suffocation tho -- so, don't mind me...
