Where do you do primal screen therapy? If I tried at my appartments the cops would come knockin before long.

Sidenote when I was studying counselling one of their main self help recommendations was music but they suggested soft calming music, when I told them that I’m pacified by harsh music they were hella surprised then I explained how it’s cathartic whilst soft music can seem Unrelatable and even patronising when I’m not in a great mood. Imagine having a shit day then playing some glossy pop music, that would make me go postal
