EP mostly made me expect a full effort. But, damn, this sounds like the real thing!

I really hope they step out of their comfort zone for LP2. There’s a few moments that break away from this, but this doesn’t feel like its totally own thing instrumentally compared to ETID.

Still, there’s a few moments that surprised me.

Yeah I've got hopes for the same thing wildcard. And tbh, I'm kinda confident we might see more of it.

I've been somewhat soft on this album so far but goddamn Better Lovers put on one of the best performances I've ever seen at the Baltimore show. I think they're dramatically better live than in the studio (mostly because of Greg's vocals). It was a no barrier show and I was right up front so I felt like I was getting shotgun blasted the entire time.

Yeah I’m not shocked by that at all. Even when I saw them back in May and half the fuckin set was these songs that none of us knew and it was still one of the best shows I’ve been to all year

Yeah Greg has always been a killer live. Insane energy every single time I saw Dillinger. Hoping they come to Australia. And also that they bring greyhaven out with them like they are in the UK

It’s some good shit, I really love that solo.

Opener, Misplaced Self, Drowning in a Burning World, At All Times, and Love as an Act of Rebellion are all top tier imo

Stoked to see them in Denver next weekend. I got to see ETID twice. Once was at a really small show at a local venue that was completely unhinged. The second was on tour with Mastodon and Coheed which, while still fun, was lacking the energy that only a dive bar can possess.

I never got to see Dillinger so seeing Greg with BL will have to do.

god dive bar ETID shows were fucking legendary. I saw them like 7 times but 2 times at venues that were dangerously small and it’s legit some of the most fun I’ve ever had in my life. These guys match that energy, Greg is absolutely unhinged live
