Damn what a bummer seeing these ratings as I haven’t listened to the record yet. I really enjoyed “Wayward Eyes”, it reminded me of Natural Born Chaos era Soilwork which was one of my first metal albums I ever fell in love with.

Well on subsequent listens it sounds better than Moment.

Have to agree with the majority of opinions here unfortunately, an enjoyable listen but not much remains after the album is over. A little better than (most mediocre) We are the void, but that's that.
Agree with @XfingTheSullen, "super streamlined and art poppy, but that makes it feel like a product."

Art Pop and Sleep Token comparisons? Seems like a bit of an exaggeration. There's nothing here they haven't been doing since Projector, and they've never had art pop or Sleep Token comparisons before. What am I missing?

Finally listened to this……not a bad album but definitely wouldn’t care to hear it again.

Wayward Eyes is definitely the highlight for me, great tune. It would be my addition from this album to any best of Dark Tranquillity compilation.
A Bleaker Sun has a really cool riff though, and also a good tune.
Our disconnect is also pretty solid. And really dont mind Unforgivable, not nothing and Drowned out voices.

I'm sure you were able to tell from my number of comments, reviews and ratings
I stand by my comment, the feeling came from the poppy and streamlined and "productized" feel of certain parts of some songs, what connects both is the sense of metal made with modern pop sensibilities due to the production and a few other factors
