Solid album. I wish track 3 was titled "Rubber Band Man" instead of "Letterman" though lol.

Watch You Go is easily the best song here imo. The rest of it is pretty good, but I could definitely see myself dropping this down to a 3.5 or a 3 once the honeymoon phase dies down lol.

It's a hard 4. Proper Dose and the older albums are better tbh but this was a great comeback and leagues better than S/T.
Yeah Watch You Go is awesome, Nothing to Say is still my fav tho

production sounds fucking awful
every "S" sound and slightly sharp drum hit peaks super high and clips hard - it's like the tracks themselves are breaking and hitching constantly
the distant muffled twang during letterman's verses is also uncomfortable and annoying
music itself is fine besides that, just produced by a deaf incompetent fool (wikipedia page isn't up yet but i'd blindly guess travis barker did it)

Thank you Firebug for backing up my claims. This sounds so thin, empty and harsh.

yeah i thought the mix was pretty bad too but i dont like the songwriting here anyway so w/e

Mix is so squeaky clean it almost loses the right to be called pop 'punk'. I actually feel like the mix from the self titled would suit a lot of these really well

Yeah the single version of Big Blind sounds so much better. It has some balls... I like balls.

I think this album is fun, catchy, bright, and bouncy. Great theme music for my commute home from work.
All This Time switching to 3/4 for the outro is my favorite moment on the album. Watch You Go and Jump the Gun are my other go-to tracks.

I find it interesting that a lot of people like All This TIme, Watch You Go, Jump the Gun whereas others (me) enjoy the middle/backend of the album more (Nothing to Say, Keep You Around, You're Still In My Way).
I struggle to articulate it but there is a clear difference sonically and structurually between those two groups of songs.

Oh fuck yeah, I was just listening to their last album. I thought they hung up their boots. Glad to see this.. Time to start listening.

I've been jamming Nothing To Say and Keep You Around a lot the last couple days. I'm still not really sold on the last 3 tracks but if they grow on me more I could see myself 4.5ing this.
Watch you go is so damn addicting tho.
