L'Amour de Ma Vie and Blue are so damn good too tho

still not sold on the way she sings, she’s gotta enunciate just a hair more. But this album is very solid regardless

like don’t enunciate so much that she loses the style, but just enough so I can hear what she’s saying. That being said there are songs she’s sings a bit louder, like birds of a feather, and those are very nice

some of the transitions in the last few songs, like L’Amour into the Diner, and bittersuite around the 1:30 mark, give me strong stereolab vibes

Yeah okay the film is damn near perfect. I won’t lie, there’s a lot of bias. As my grandmother, who I loved dearly, was dying of cancer… I loved the movie so much as a dumb teen I asked my mom “would she watch it with me?”
