what i found with this album is songs 1-5 were really good, it was pure alexisonfire at heart. then "You Burn First" came on and the album really lost its tempo. then 7-11 came on and i thought the album really suffered after the halfway point. I think the only song i listened to multiple times was "Rough Hands" because it was catchy.

I can't possibly choose a favorite AoF record. All I can say is that Crisis absolutely blows my mind, though. Really fantastic work from the guys. "Rough Hands" actually features George both screaming and SINGING so I found it quite unique. Guitars were all cohesive, as was the mindblowing drumming. You don't need me to say anything about Dallas, because he's always at the top of his game with his singing.

Old Crows Young Cardinals was just ok, but the Dog's Blood EP was awesome. if they hadn't broken up I bet their next LP would have been amazing.
