Thanks guys I really appreciate it! And don’t get me wrong I’m definitely proud of my last EP, I think I’m just less confident in it since I tried something pretty far outside of my comfort zone and I’m excited to get back to my core sound while also taking and applying the things I learned from making it to these new songs. I’m also working on some stuff that’s goes even further in that kind of emo trap/electronic direction but for now I’m feeling really good about the more traditional guitar driven stuff I’ve been working on.



Also I’ve got a new song out! It’s actually a collaboration with a band called Madison Minor that I did guest vocals on. I wish I could take credit for the instrumental but that was all them! I’m the one doing the higher pitched La Dispute-type screams at f course lol. It should be on my Spotify soon (it’s on their page already) but here is a YouTube link for anyone that wants to listen right now. I’ve tried doing collabs with other artists before, it’s always been something I’ve wanted to do since I’ve always made music by myself but it usually doesn’t work out for one reason or another, so I’m happy that this ended up seeing the light of day and that it turned out so well!

the new ep "Wake Up and Wilt" will release July 28th on streaming and band camp! I think I found a really good balance of what I did on my last two releases. it's like a 70/30 split between my 2023 and 2025 eps stylistically. much more traditional post-hardcore and guitar driven again but with some hints of the hip-hop influence and electronic production that I experimented with last time. Im excited for people to hear it!

Yes new EP on the 28th! Thanks so much, I'm pretty confident that it's the best music I've made so far and it's mostly a return to my emo/post-hardcore sound with some metalcore and pop-punk and electronic/hip-hop influence sprinkled in.



GreyShadow, thank you but the trick is to only make 3-4 songs at a time lol. I wish I had the attention span to do a full length, may someday. I've got some unfinished songs that didn't make the cut for this release but maybe we could try and finish one together if you have any ideas for where to take them!

Sowing - thank you! that’s actually my favorite song I’ve made too, at least until this new EP. It actually came together really quickly compared to most songs I’ve written, I wrote the main guitar riff well over 10 years go and just happened to remember it and built the rest of the song around it. I think you’ll really like the last song on this new one, it’s like a cross between in a new light and the one with the long Japanese title, I’m excited for you to hear it!



Scoot - thanks man, I remember you were one of the first people that encouraged me when I put out a demo song in like 2012 and I appreciated it a lot! This new EP has a remake of that first song on it. Btw I liked that ambient project you did a while back but I was wondering if you’ve tried making any more metalcore, I remember you put out a song a long time ago that was really cool I’d like to hear more!
