That’s understandable. I’m not even sure what hyperpop is supposed to be and never has a style of music made me feel out of touch with the present state of things.
Also, not vibing this album. Though, i did play a few songs on YouTube and played with the playback speeds throughout my listens and enjoyed them more that way

Ty wanted me to listen and I kept hearing it was different, so I gave it a shot out of curiosity. If something metalcore is blowing up, 9/10 times I'm going to be giving it a check to see what all the buzz is about, since I try to stay on top of the genre

Alright I found my first real nitpicky beef with this album: the bass is mixed too low. Seriously why do bands do this, I get the guitars are low enough to masquerade as bass but goddamn stop treating bassists like an afterthought
