It's basically the limbo between heaven & hell. Or to be precise about the lyrics, it's Hades, the place between the living and death of a soul in greek mythology. So that mythology's version of limbo. He even sings about the "great thunder thief", so, Zeus. I guess Schuylar played Hades :D
