Fantano's fans are definitely kind of annoying, but I think they are remarkably not that bad given the size of his channel and influence. Frankly, I find the backlash to Fantano to be far more annoying than his fanbase. As a reviewer, I don't think he's the best at any specific avenue, but I am glad that he of all people is the biggest reviewer on the platform. He likes a wide variety of music and does a good job of articulating the why, not to mention that his politics are pretty based, all while having a pretty good sense of humor.

Yeah I really don’t understand the hate Fantano gets. He’s pretty level headed and has a grasp for current meme culture. He also gives well deserved spotlight to artists who might not get as much exposure without him. Also he’s a Connecticut boy like me soooooo.
The YouTube commenters are braindead though.
