Yeah everything sukekiyo has done so far is fantastic to me and I look forward to their next album more than this tbh

Candis was awesome (plus the video) but yeah Creeper is pretty shit and the 3rd track I will have to wait live to see how it is. The live Blu Ray on Salus had 4 unbelievable performances and 3 good ones, so that definately made it worth it.

seriously though, those first 4 tracks! hell, if they'd omitted "Utsutsu, Bouga wo Kurau", "Ochita Koto no Aru Sora", and "Mouai ni Shosu" and replaced them with songs as half as solid as the first 4 and, to a certain extent, the last two, this could have been a near amazing comeback record.

i don't really get the hate for eddie, i think it's a pretty decent track.

this album breaks my heart in all honesty, because you get some really stellar moments on here. Otogi is a prime example: it has an f-in amazing chorus, but you have to get through Kyo's weird wailing and that cringe intro riff to get to it

3:00 to 4:18 on Otogi is the best part of the album, evokes such pathos.

Eddie slaps. Ochita slaps too but I only like the single version, has more punch.

The opening track alone is better than the last album. Reminds me of Diabolos which is never a bad thing.

That song has an insanely memorable performance in the 2003 Blitz 5 show, but it's not even in the same league as the two aforementioned epics.

I am with Samwise. I like Diabolos better than Vinushka myself. Feels more cohesive and just better written overall. Not dissing Vinushka though obviously.
