i used to be skeptical but now it's obvious. we really do live in a simulation and i'm stuck in limbo between the alternate reality i live in and the reality that exists here.
seriously i've been listening to nothing but this and a few other things here and there since it came out.

I was actually shocked at how much I hated this. Truly surprised. I will not revisit this ever lol. And I'll also stop shitposting. Y'all carry on!

I never would have dreamed a band would become more cringe after ditching christianity

"two albums in and i still can’t tell if aaron gillespie is back or not…"
How? lmao. Aaron sounds worse than Spencer at this point

Yeah I probably won't revisit this ever either honestly. Spun it a few times since release and can't really remember much from it. It's not horrible imo, but it just doesn't do anything for me. If I want to listen to Underoath, it'll be DTGL, Disam, or LITSOS. Probably in that order lol.

Really not understanding the rabid hatred for this. It's a good album minus the obvious flaws (cringy forced swearing and shit production)
Spencer sounds great, the band sounds much tighter than on Erase Me. Kinda figured nobody would be crazy about this but I never would have expected someone to hate it more than Erase Me lol.

It's definitely a step up from Erase Me. I just don't like either one, like I said they just don't do anything for me. Out Of Luck might be the only song I return to, even then it's just an okay Underoath song imo.

first song wasnt so bad then hallelujah started and i went .......oh

Out of Luck and Cycle are tops on here and probably the only ones I'll really jam after a few weeks pass lol.

The production doesn't sound nearly as bad via spotify as it did on youtube imo. I think their youtube vids had some sort of weird compression issue

I was wondering what you'd rate this, Maniac. I feel like we've always had pretty similar takes when it comes to UO

Hallelujah could very well become my entrance theme if i don't get sick of it in 6 months lol

"This is horrid and Erase Me is better and I'd never thought I would say this"
I'll say this is a step up from Erase Me, but the 3 genuinely good songs on Erase Me (No Frame, Loneliness, In Motion) are so much more enjoyable than a big portion of the songs on here.

Gotta relisten to those bc I haven't touched Erase Me since it dropped tbh

It's hilarious at this point how bad Erase Me is. Gets worse always and now they follow up with something that proves they did that shit album on purpose. Lol

I don't agree with you often but this is exactly how I feel lol. Take away a few obvious cringe moments and this thing kicks ass
