outside of terminal i think the pre release songs (esp if you wanna count alive as a housefire which i think i heard they leaked themselves so) set up the expectation that the album was gonna go harder than it actually did. was expecting more anhedonia/trilogy/housefire type heaters and the majority of the tracklist doesnt rlly deliver on that, even tho all the non interludes are still pretty great



prob on me in a way for playing the shit out of anhedonia pre release tho. what a heater still my top here

The ending to Housefire kinda kills the song for me. The way he screams "fuck the system" is pretty weak.

its the worst part of the song ill give you that (other than the weird nothing of noise during the bridge why cant they make those sections like synth or guitar passages or smth like they used to smh)
