Yea. I saw a video of it from a few days ago, but the guy recording was standing next to some guy singing horribly.

Them and Rise Against on a tour...who buys tickets to that? Album brings the mediocrity minus The Red Death...why is this band so popular i ask?

I did. About 2 weeks ago. As soon as I could. Which was like 2 months after they went on sale because I didn't find out until about a month after they went on sale. Then I had to wait for payday and BAM. I had the ticket like 3 days later. It's now sitting on my desk surrounded by lit candles. Waiting.
God, this is going to be a badass show.

kickass review man.
second only to vheissu, IoS is more hard hitting but Vheissu is just a piece of art.
vheissu > IoS > tAitA > Alchemy Indexes (even though they are good fun)

Do any Thrice albums compare with this? Yes. In fact, they all do, but it doesn't change the fact that this is the defacto face melt Thrice album.
My first Thrice experience was Identity Crisis. IOS has far better production values and there is great improvement in the instrumentation and vocals. Songs like TAAATD, Trust, Beltsville, Kill Me Quickly stand out as just incredible pieces of post-hardcore genious.
I can't praise this album enough.
Give me five.

I've been working my way backwards through Thrice's discography...usually when that happens things get worse as you go. Thus I was suprised when Artist in the Ambulance completely surpassed Vheissu and the first AI. But this....this is barely Thrice. Kensrue hardly sounds like he does on later records, his lyrics are shitty and generic, the instrumentation is bland...the best thing about this record is the driving beat of the drums.

yeah i'm pretty sure all of that post is wrong

This is so much better than The Artist In The Ambulance.

How?! I just don't get that. The lyrics are the most unoriginal I've seen come out of Kensrue, the guitars have none of the great riffs (I'm not going to say technicality, because I honestly don't know whats technical and whats not). You can't hear the bass as well. I don't get how this is better.

Is this a Christian band?
