I know they've been very poppy since the beginning, but damn they really did pretty much shed every edgy/metal/punk aspect of their sound. This is pure pop at this point and it's subpar at best.

I have enjoyed every ADTR project except this one. Bad Vibes was really safe and unremarkable but I still can have a good time with it.



This is worst of the year material for sure. The few musical moments that are good are ruined by utterly trash lyrics. I am amazed that grown men can put out drivel like this and also come up with blaming the artwork as an excuse for delaying THIS bad of an album TWO WHOLE YEARS. ADTR fans are usually extremely cringey and even they are slamming this thing. Just awful.



Unrelated point too, but fuck this band for not saying anything about the allegations.

tbh it's really satisfying to see this fuck up be acknowledged as such by both their fans and critics. I've not seen one person defend this yet. makes a nice change.
