I just kinda wish there was a breakdown in one of the songs tbh lol. A lot of darker tones on the album, it was asking for a track like Papelillo, imo...

That's actually what I admire about this new album. It's breaking new ground for him as an artist. I kinda disagree about my previous point about the breakdown thing, I think. Canyon, Now & Then, and Manala definitely have "breakdown-esque" moments. My least favorite was the title track tbh. It's definitely one of the most "snug" songs on the album, but if the whole album was like that I would be underwhelmed tbh. Cause I want to see Plini continue to experiment with his sound, and not just rest on his laurels.

And I don't think he has completely left the snug vibes go entirely, either. I think there's something for every Plini listener on the album. Title track, Ruin, After Everything definitely give me some signature Plini snug vibes.

One of the singles, I think it was After Everything, that had those snug vibes and then some. So it was perfect. Haven’t heard the new album yet but agree he needs a change up. Hoping it delivers
