The entire thing is gorgeous, Real House is prob my least favorite because it's giving Sun Kil Moon, but Adrianne is much better than Mark

Real House works as an opener and/or a set of lyrics, but idk if I'll ever want to hear it alone. could lose almost everything from Vampire Empire to Donut Seam, but the rest is firm keepers
will have to read through the sheet, but there weren't nearly as many standout lines as this on first exposure (and I v much forgot how strong this is lyrically):
