Guitar on Machine Guns is so tasty

Who the hell names a superhero Bucky ffs
|
| |
well he's not exactly a superhero...
|
| |
He's the one armed man Harrison Ford was rambling on about
|

Wait what? Didn't he write The Passion of Joan Arc and convinced some Norwegian hippies to make an album about the whole thing?

This album sounds like a composite created by artificial intelligence to replicate Assassination. Especially some of the buzzword lyrics like on Machine Guns.
Even so, album has a banger or two.

really hope they stop with this sound soon. these guys can't make interesting synthpop to save their life.

They can, they did it in Assassination

Assassination was more than just a synthpop record tbh, rejamming it rn and appreciating this far more

Since so many people are negative about this album, I'm just gonna say that it's great. Get a lot of songs stuck in my head all day. Machine Gun and Peacock Feathers particularly.

Album's great, but one expect greater things from a band like Ulver.
