Man this album is great, the group of songs I consider to be high-tier just keeps on growing. Beauty of Breathing, Old Crap, and BNB is just an incredible combo.

I’m feeling like this is probably his second best solo effort tbh.

I think it’s his best solo album for sure.

I've settled on second best. Worry has just a bit more emotional heft to it but this is the more fun/approachable record. They're two sides of the same coin and both are masterpieces of modern punk.

BNB has started to become a new favorite. The “get fucked up” part rocks my titties off

Yeah, I’ve kind of settled on No Dream being in roughly the same tier as Worry, even if it’s not quite as good.

The transition from No Dream into State Line is so good. The rough, noise outdo into the sunny, almost inspirational feel of that guitar is so perfect.

This did nothing for me unfortunately. His voice grates my last nerve for whatever reason, I don't remember him sounding this annoying on Post-, which I actually sort of liked. Great review nonetheless and happy to see the community coming together over a punk/pop-punk album.

What people are missing is that We Cool was already better than WORRY

Been listening to Jeff for almost 15 years and I'm tempted to say this is the best thing he's done but for the sake of not making bold claims or unnecessary comparisons I'll just say this is an awesome album, front to back, and one that's really resonating with me at this time.

Why awful

It's just irritating

This is exactly what comes to mind when I think of the average pop punk sound. It's just tiring

If you’re already not a fan of pop punk it makes sense to dislike this. WORRY is way more accessible imo as it transcends a lot of pop punk tropes and stereotypes by being quite varied and dynamic, while also being very ambitious conceptually. It just uses the “pop punk” sound to tell the story (which I guess is what Jeff’s music is really all about).
Though, at the end of the day, if the dude just irritates you there isn’t much salvation there lol

Pop punk?? Average pop punk is more like Blink, or newer bands like Real Friends or Neck Deep. Jeff leans way more towards just punk. Power pop too I guess
