Listened to this about 6/7 times now and I really enjoy all I'm hearing, but literally nothing sticks with me. As soon as I'm done I don't really remember any of it, I just know that it was harmless and pretty sweet.

I’ve had a good few listens to this now and it’s superb. The level of detail in their sound, as well as the ambient embellishments that flow freely throughout this album, really puts Elder in a league of their own. It helps when you have a guitarist who writes consistently engaging riffs and guitar lines. The production is also immaculate and gives a lush, 70s sheen to the tracks. As for the vocals, I genuinely like them and think his phrasing/way he sings melodic lines is really interesting.

Halycon is sooooooo dope tho...

The vox on the last couple of tracks (when appearing) dont bother me AT ALL compared to how they sound on the first couple.

Its like a 3.8 for me.

I love it. There is a lot of Pink Floyd in here, which is a good thing. Vocals aren't the greatest, agreed, but as others have pointed out, it doesn't really detract from the greatness of the music.

Really surprised with the embrace of this... Particularly after Floating, Lore, and Dead... I'll continue to spin. But I'm not getting it. Not yet.
